Pinterest-acquired Instapaper gives free access to its paid features like full-text search, unlimited notes and speed reading. Earlier, the premium features were available only to users who could cough up $3 per month or $30 per year. By offering ad-free app experience, Instapaper expects surge in usage and hopes to boost product development.
