The struggling social media giant is considering selling off Vine in a desperate attempt to cut down operational costs. The anticipated sale though hopes to bring partial respite to Twitter; bidders have an upper hand over the deal knowing Twitter’s financial woes are far from over and its frantic plans to shut down Vine last month.
